The Merlin EM247 and EM246, designed and manufactured by Raptor Photonics, offer the latest sensor technology providing unprecedented day-night surveillance performance. Featuring the Texas Instruments interline frame transfer EMCCD monochrome or colour sensor, Merlin offers pixels resolution of 658 x 496, with pixel size of 10µm x 10µm.

It is the ultimate camera for sophisticated surveillance tasks of government buildings, airports, ports and border control, where passive imaging is required.

The USB output is used to configure the camera but also to output digital images when used with our RaptorVision SDK.

This light-weight, compact camera includes RS485 & RS232 communication, enabling easy remote control communication.
