For the best configuration of our CameraLink based cameras, Raptor recommends and offers frame grabber cards for PCs and laptops from EPIX Inc. However the cameras will work on any Cameralink card. You can use the SDK from the CameraLink card you are planning to use. For example, if you plan to use an EPIX card, you can use their XCLIB SDK. Raptor will then provide you with the command codes to control the camera settings such as exposure time, frame rate, binning, etc. Raptor is available to assist you with any questions you may have with the camera commands.
Should you have specific needs, please contact us at sales@raptorphotonics.com

Working with high-energy lasers it is almost inevitable that sensors occasionally get damaged. We appreciate the time and financial impact of downtime associated with a broken camera. At Raptor we have experienced this pain ourselves. As a result, we offer a sensor damage replacement scheme, where we will replace any laser damaged sensors in our cameras at a cost equal to 50% of the initial camera cost, during the first two years of ownership. We will do this quickly and without fuss. For more information contact sales@raptorphotonics.com
We have a number of ex-demo cameras on sales and available for researchers who are budget constrained. The cameras are fully QC’ed before shipping and come with a standard 12-month warranty. For more information on what is available contact us at sales@raptorphotonics.com
